Dear Patient,
This is to inform you that as of January 1st, 2024, all providers at Central Family Care & Weight Loss Clinic will only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO insurance. This applies to all established and new patients.
Regarding patients with Medicare, we will not accept any new patients, but we will continue providing care to current patients who have Medicare and supplemental BCBS insurance.
If you are not able to change your current insurance to BCBC PPO please consider finding a new primary care doctor before December 31st, 2023.
